Course Information

This course provides an introduction to the knowledge and skills required for nurses and health professionals who are assessing the practice of others in a clinical environment. Topics covered include purposeful questioning techniques to reveal understanding and gathering, assessing and documenting evidence. This course was developed for health professionals who are preceptors, mentors, clinical coaches, and new clinical leaders or managers by the School of Health, Whitireia New Zealand.
